Making a Reservation
Booking your stay is easy! You can reserve your room over the phone or through our online system. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm your request.

Arriving (Check-in)
You can check in any time between 2:00 PM and midnight. If your travel plans mean you’ll be arriving at a different time, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements. Early check-in might be possible, but it depends on our availability and may incur a small additional fee. Just ask us!

If you’re arriving on an early flight (before 9:00 AM), feel free to drop by! You can store your luggage with us and even enjoy our pool until your room is ready for you to check in.

Departing (Check-out)
We kindly request that you check out by 11:00 AM. Should you wish to extend your stay a bit longer on your departure day, please discuss this with us in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate you based on our availability, and please note that a late check-out will incur an extra charge.

Payment Methods
We’re happy to accept payments by both credit card and cash.

Cancellation Policy
Understanding our cancellation policy is important. Here’s how it works:

  • Cancel 60 days or more before your arrival: You won’t be charged any penalty.
  • Cancel between 59 and 30 days before arrival: A penalty equal to 30% of your total stay will be charged (this is equivalent to the deposit paid).
  • Cancel between 29 and 8 days before arrival: A penalty equal to 50% of your total stay will be charged (this is equivalent to the deposit paid).
  • Cancel 7 days or less before arrival: Your credit card will be charged 100% of the total booked stay.

No-shows or early departures:
If you don’t arrive or leave before your scheduled departure date, your credit card will be charged 100% of the total booked stay.

Please note:
Any prepayments made to assist with visa confirmation papers are non-refundable.

Additional Important Notes for Your Stay
Accessibility Notice: Please be aware that our property includes multiple stairs and staircases, particularly during check-in and check-out. For this reason, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges or walking difficulties.

No Pets Allowed:
To ensure a comfortable environment for all our guests, pets are not permitted on the property.

In-Room Items:
The towels, bed linens, and pillows provided are for use within your room only.

Quiet Hours:
We value a peaceful atmosphere. We kindly ask that you keep the volume of televisions and music devices at a respectful level, especially during our designated quiet hours: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM.
